I burst my two driver side tyres because of a monster pothole. I spoke with Artur and he suggested that I chase some form of compensation, he gave me fantastic advice to call national highways and the police first (because of where i was) and see first if they can do anything for me. Unfortunately the road is council owned and therefore they offer no recovery. Anyway, Artur was with me within 20 minutes and kept constant communication with me. He helped me take photos of the damage and talked me through the process for compensation. A very genuine, professional individual. I cannot recommend Afa Recovery enough! Whilst I hope I won't need this service in the future we all know thats unrealistic. But if I do I will be reaching out to Afa!!!
